Description

This bradykinin-like neuropeptide from the mollusc Aplysia californica shows high sequence identity with the mammalian bradykinin/kallidin/Met-Lys-bradykinin peptides. This homology suggests that it may have important functions in renal physiology and in animal behaviour, as does bradykinin.
