Peptide reduced form and oxidized form
Some peptides have cysteines and thus they can have disulfide bridges. So, there are two forms of these peptide, reduced form (meaning no sulfur bridges) and oxidized form. Disulfide Bond (Oxidized form): Cys−S−S−Cys Reduced Form: Cys−SH+HS−Cys Please let us know which form you need. Thanks
